The Downfall
Ice fall some 300m west of the Downfall.
I climbed this about grade 2, still stable in the centre but going fast at the edges!
Kinder Downfall 5-3-06
After a cold snap for 5 days climbed up to the downfall area with Alan. Ice not too stable lower down due to the sun. Down fall was frozen and the shorter falls to the left. Tried the line shown on the 2nd photo but the ice was coming off the rock on the lower pitches.
